Over six weeks you will create a sketch book /scrap book of inspirational images and other material. Sessions can be spent experimenting in order to develop a deeper understanding of your chosen theme leading to and individual piece of work

Are you looking for something inexpensive to do with your children over the October school holidays?
Our popular Stay and Make activities at YEAST Scrapstore are by donation and offer fun and creative way to spend a couple of hours making alongside your children.
Each session is 2-4pm and you are required to stay with your children for that time.

Captain Perky at the Yeast Scrap Store
For the next two Thursdays at the Yeast Scrap Store, the 31stof January and 7th January, we are proud to announce creative exploratory workshops with clay with the marvellous Captain Perky from the Perky Enclave. Please do drop in between 2and 4pm for fun relaxed time building with clay.
Saturday Morning, Stay and Makes
Don’t forget our regular Saturday morning stay and make sessions. Drop in with an adult between 11- and 1pm to make something weird and wonderful from under the sea for more information e-mail to info@yeastscrapstore.co.uk or ring Tue to Friday afternoons between 2and 4pm.
Note: There will be no Saturday Morning, Stay and Makes until April 27th.
The season of costume making is upon us so pay us a visit as we have a mountain of fabric to help you make affordable outfits.
The Yeast Scrap Store is now open on Saturday mornings between 10AM and 1PM so come and have a look at what is new in stock! We are, of course, still open from 2-5 pm Tuesday through to Friday.
Stay and Makes every Saturday Morning, come along with your child, be creative, and have a look at what’s in the Scrap Store! Stay and Makes for Christmas up until the 15th December. Suitable for children aged 4-12 but an adult must accompany them. Donations to cover costs welcome. 11AM-1PM
Every Tuesday until the 11th of December between 2 and 5PM come and bring your own project or find inspiration from the many ideas that Scrap Store offers. Advent Calender’s, Seasons greetings cards, Festive wrap, Gift ideas. Expert at crafting or no experience at all – all abilities welcome. Come and create in a warm and welcoming environment. Minimum suggested donation per session £2.00.
Volunteer afternoon. Friday afternoons between 2 and 5PM. We need people to sort and display our donations of scrap. Be the first to view the wonderful items donated.
We will be closed the week of the 17th of December to do some work on the building and Christmas week. We reopen on Thursday the 3rd of January for the new term.
After the excitement of the Festive Season, but before Schools return, we are holding Stay and Make sessions on Thursday January the 3rd and 4th 2-4PM and Saturday Morning Stay and Makes on the 4th from 11-1PM.
